Coaching is a way to focus on the present so you can move forward in your life with a boost of confidence, new insights and renewed potential. The coach enables their client to understand their life/problem clearly so they can identify areas for improvement. Coaching is future-focused and incredibly helpful for setting goals. We believe you already have the answers but sometimes just can’t see them clearly. A coach can help to guide you in the right direction.
Most coaching programmes last for at least six sessions and are booked in advance. But LifeClubs knows that sometimes there are times when you need instant help.
- Instant coaching –
Do you need to speak to someone urgently? Do you want to work through a problem or get clarity on something right away?
Instant coaching is for when you have an issue you need help or support on immediately. You may have to decide whether to move forward on something or if you should hold back. Maybe you want to discuss the start or end of a relationship or you have a presentation to give in a couple of hours and are feeling nervous and need reassurance etc.
We will provide you with a coach in under an hour.*
- An hour of planned coaching –
For when you’d like to experience how coaching can help you with a big decision you may be facing or have lost confidence. A starter hour will give you a coaching experience and from there you can move on to more. This will usually take a few days to arrange as we want to pair you up with the perfect coach for your situation.
- A three-hour planned coaching package –
This is a good length of time in which to notice real differences in your life – it can be repeated as often as you like.
Whatever you need help with, LifeClubs coaches are here and they’re looking forward to supporting you with anything that’s troubling you right now. Our coaches are friendly, highly trained and all sessions are confidential. Their aim is to enable you to move forwards by looking at the present, not by dwelling on the past.

*After you checkout, you will receive a form with a few brief questions. If you’re contacting us during office hours (UK – 9am-5pm) we’ll aim to get back to you within the hour. Outside of usual office hours we’ll aim to get in touch within 24 hours. If you live outside the UK, we will contact you by email so we can arrange a Zoom call.
Usually, one of our wonderful coaches will be ready to have a coaching session with you there and then if that would help, but if not, they will arrange a session at a mutually convenient time within 24 hours. Our coaching sessions take place over phone call or Zoom.
This is a new service and although we estimate that we have sufficient coaches to be able to meet our one-hour call back target, that will inevitably be dependent on demand, so, for the moment, please treat it as a target rather than a guarantee.
